Faraday | Trevenant ♀ This Pokémon is said to devour anyone daring to ravage the forest. To the creatures dwelling in the forest, it offers great kindness.
OT: Egon Spengler Met in New Bark Town (level 5) Level: 100 Type: Ghost / Grass Egg Group: Grass & Amorphous / 21 cycles
December 24, 2018 - Upon arriving in this dimension, I was given a containment device with this spirit in it. It appears to be a Class-3 free floating vapor, with a non-defined body and small, nub-like appendages that resemble arms. According to this PokéDex device, these creatures are stumps possessed by the spirits of children who died in the forest--an example of a Class-5 possession. The childish nature of the specimen I have on hand may confirm this description. Until I can fully communicate with it, I have taken to calling it "Faraday", after physicist Michael Faraday. I am hoping to be able to reconfigure the PokéDex to be able to translate its vocalizations and eventually communicate with it. Being able to study a non-malicious spirit up close is an invaluable resource towards understanding the ghosts of this world. December 25, 2018 - Today, I asked Faraday her gender, to avoid continuing referring her as "it". After some struggling regarding writing and spelling, she identified herself as a girl before getting distracted and drawing pictures in my notebook. Further interaction has revealed that Faraday has a somewhat impish personality. She generally acts quite childish, easily distracted by colorful objects and exciting events. When she showed interest in the empty chip bag, I handed it over and she began to shred it apart meticulously. When I get to town, I will look into buying her a toy of some sort. I hope she considers it a late Christmas gift. December 27, 2018 - I gave Faraday a puzzle toy, and she quickly abandoned it. I then gave her a small stuffed toy, and she seemed satisfied with it. After an hour, she became bored and started throwing a tantrum that lasted several more hours. I don't know what to do. December 28, 2018 - I gave Faraday more pages from my notebook for her to draw on, and she was satisfied with this. I also attempted to explain my research to her, and she drew several childish (but charming) depictions of the ghost specimens I have encountered in my line of work. After a while, I tried to explain the puzzle toy again, demonstrating a few steps to familiarize her with the process and encourage her. After some hesitation, she picked it up again and set to work for several hours. I believe this marks an important step in her development. January 7, 2019 - Faraday is getting along well with the other Pokémon, especially Ray's Pumpkaboo, Jackie. She seems naturally curious about other people and organisms, which would reflect her childlike behavior. Although she still has not answered any of my questions, but patience is key in this line of work. I have also given her a box of crayons purchased at the local PokéMart, so she can further develop her artistic abilities. February 26, 2019 - Faraday and Louise participated in the Contest Spectacular and won second place overall. I am extraordinarily proud of the both of them, but especially Faraday--she made her own prop proton pack out of a shoebox and seemed to immensely enjoy it. I will be sure to bring her to the local bakery and allow her to choose however many sweets she wishes to purchase (within reason, of course). March 11, 2019 - ....Faraday seemed to have evolved in her containment unit upon being exchanged with Venkman. After overcoming my initial shock and dismay over the fact she had been apparently "kidnapped", I decided to study her closer. I'm not sure why a transfer like that would trigger such an extreme transformation, but maybe it has something to do with psychological triggers of some sort? She seems far more fidgety than normal, for some reason, though she does take delight in the fact she can manipulate her claws to grasp more objects. June 23, 2019 - Faraday has finally reached the maximum level a Pokémon can achieve. I am extraordinarily proud of her growth, and she seems more than willing to take a break from my active roster for now. I will, of course, still actively interact with her on a weekly basis. She deserves it.
Doppler | Crobat ♂ It feeds on the blood of living people and Pokémon. If it can't drink any blood for even a short while, it becomes weak and unable to fly.
OT: Egon Spengler Met on Route 30 (level 6) Level: 62 Type: Poison / Flying Egg Group: Flying / 16 cycles
December 30, 2018 - While getting ready to settle down for the night, I took out a sandwich I had purchased while in Cherrygrove City. Almost immediately, I heard a cry and felt something smack against my face. This bat-like creature was beating its wings furiously as it tried to snatch the sandwich from out of my hand. It bit my fingers quite a few times before I was able to subdue it and capture it in a Pokéball. The swelling in my fingers has not gone down and my skin color has turned an entirely different shade, which makes me suspect that the creature had venom in its bite. I decided to name it Doppler, due to the fact that its only way to navigate seems to be echolocation. December 31, 2018 - The swelling in my hand has still not gone down. This pest broke out of his containment unit and began eating the rest of my snacks. It seems that he has learned to steal food from other trainers that pass through this area, and has thus encouraged this destructive behavior. I tried socializing Doppler with Faraday in the hopes that she could help him direct his destructive tendencies towards non-food items, but he quickly became bored and tried biting her branches. Additional training will likely be necessary. January 8, 2019 - I released Doppler from his containment unit in an attempt to train him to associate food as a reward. My method is twofold--first, have Doppler engage in battle with another Pokémon. When the Pokémon has been defeated, reward Doppler with a small amount of food. With enough time, Doppler will eventually stop stealing food from other people. January 9, 2019 - Doppler's training appears to be going well. He was able to take on three different Pokémon by himself before having to be healed at the PokéCenter. He seems very appreciative of the food given as a reward. I will continue his training tomorrow. January 10, 2019 - Doppler saw somebody eating a donut and immediately attacked them. When they fell over, he attempted to take their food and came expectantly to me for a reward. I believe I need to take a different approach. January 29, 2019 - I believe I have found a solution. Instead of rewarding Doppler for his aggressive behavior, which only aggravated his food-stealing tendencies, I will feed him only when he is well-behaved. Of course, I won't be starving him in any way, but he will strictly not have any access to treats of any kind, and will be returned to his containment unit if he acts disruptively. When I began this training, Doppler was incredibly distressed at the fact his food had been cut and immediately went digging into my bag for treats. He ate all of the vitamins that I had been saving for Faraday in a hunger-fueled frenzy and promptly passed out. Despite this setback, I will attempt to continue reinforcing and rewarding non-destructive behavior when I see it. Let us hope that psychology wins in the end. February 4th, 2019 - I believe that I am finally seeing the results of my effort. After about a week of consistent training, Doppler finally realized that he would not be rewarded for attacking other people and has started to calm down. Although he still sometimes attempts to attack other Pokémon holding food, I am able to quickly return him to his containment unit for a sort of "time out". Today, after finishing a battle against another trainer, Doppler was suddenly engulfed in a glowing light and changed form entirely, becoming larger and growing eyes. I believe this change in his form marks a new point of maturity for him, and I will continue to try to train him in this manner. Thank God it worked. June 22, 2019 - It took months of hard work and active socialization, but Doppler has finally evolved into a fine Crobat. He still frequently tries to take food from anyone who is willing to offer it, but he no longer outright attacks people for it. Still, I have to limit his frequent snacking lest he become overweight. Besides, he seems to be more focused on trying to drain people of their blood. Whether or not this is a real improvement is up for debate.
December 27, 2018 - I have spoken to a man named Boone who claimed to have known me from this dimension before. I believe this is an instance of another "version" of Egon Spengler, possibly from another universe. He has shown me the previous Egon's Pokémon, which appears to be a sentient cell of some sort. After I displayed interest in studying this creature, he agreed to breed it and send me one of its offspring. Today I have picked up the egg from Cherrygrove City. I am unsure how a creature as amorphous as that could come from an egg, but I suppose different dimensions have different rules that seem to defy the rules of my home dimension. January 1, 2019 - Head hurts from last night and from sudden psychic interference, but I will attempt to collect my thoughts. Egg exploded in light, suggesting an enormous transference of energy. Have to get equipment to see past the light and into the egg. Unusual for an egg to hatch and have what looks to be almost like an egg embryo, which would suggest almost no development during incubation if it were not for the fact that my thoughts were instantly assaulted by foreign images and emotions. I believe that this creature has terrific psychic potential, which would explain its underdeveloped body and its overdeveloped mental capacity. In addition to the fact that this creature has had barely any time to actually learn how to communicate, my mind is comparatively underdeveloped to its mind and is currently ill equipped to interpret its telepathic thoughts in a coherent manner. I will do my best to record my attempts to communicate with it. In the meantime, I have named it after Albert von Kölliker, the first person to describe the mitochondria. January 13, 2019 - Today, Kölliker has said her first words. Well, perhaps "said" is not the accurate descriptor for this, but Ray and I were able to clearly and distinctly noticed a voice in our heads saying "I'm baby!" in response to Ray asking her a question. Ray then began to openly weep as we told Venkman of this event. This is an incredibly important moment in her development--I cannot put into words how proud I am of her. I hope in the next few weeks that she will continue to try and communicate with us, and will eventually be able to construct full sentences. January 21, 2019 - Kölliker will not stop swearing. I have done my best to get her to stop saying it to people other than Ray and myself, but I do not believe she understands the meaning of these words and finds it amusing to see our reactions. Perhaps I should also work on giving her lessons in linguistics. March 4, 2019 - Ever since Kölliker has evolved, she has been having some difficulty making decisions. This is probably attributed to the fact that she has two brains now, both of which have their own individual desires and goals. One of them appears to be more individually driven to the point of selfishness, while the other seems more willing to try and please others, even to the point where pleasing others may cause her more harm than good. The brains frequently argue to the point that she puts herself in time-outs and cries. I sincerely hope to quickly find a way to manage these two different brains, else I am unsure whether it would be possible for her to unlearn these unhealthy habits. Maybe finding a way to appeal to both brains in some way.... March 25, 2019 - I managed to find an activity that manages to appease both brains at the same time--science. Over the past few weeks, I have allowed Kölliker to participate in and assist me with my research, which has helped her enormously with regards to making decisions and channeling her focus into logic and reasoning. Today, Kölliker evolved into a larger and more psychically capable being, and is delighted at the fact she now has hands to manipulate different tools and equipment available to her. I can see her potential as both a budding scientist and as a power psychic being. I'm not sure she entirely understood my crash course in ethics, but she seems to be fine for now. Gaige's influence has become quite visible--Kölliker seems very keen on "destroying the system", whatever system that may be, and likes placing hair ties around her ear-like projections to mimic her. As far as role models go, Gaige is a fine choice. August 12, 2019 - Kölliker has finally reached the highest level that can be possibly attained by a Pokémon. I am extremely proud of her overall growth, even if she continues to try and encourage anarchy in other Pokémon, especially her own daughter.

OT: Egon Spengler Met in Violet City (level 9) Level: 66 Type: Bug / Grass Egg Group: Bug & Grass / 21 Cycles
January 4, 2019 - After my first day of work at the Pokémon Center in Violet City, I observed something skittering across my path and into a patch of grass. It appeared to be a small, crab-like creature with fungus growing on it, and was being chased by a gang of Murkrow. Of course, Faraday and I were able to eventually chase off the offending Pokémon and approach the terrified creature. One of its legs is missing--whether or not the Murkrow were the cause or another previous incident is unknown. If the description in the PokéDex is correct, I would be very interested in studying the parasitic nature of the fungi on its back. I will take it to the Pokémon Center with me tomorrow to see if it needs any attention towards its injury. January 5, 2019 - Thankfully, the Paras did not need any serious medical attention due to her missing leg. She seems quite nervous, and it took a significant amount of coaxing for her to finally allow one of the doctors to examine her. She appears to have had this injury for a longer period of time and seems perfectly capable of ambulating on her own. Perhaps the Murkrow spotted her and decided that she would be easy prey. My original intent was to return her to the wild, but she seems to be calmer while in my presence. I have thus named her Amanita, after the genus of toxic fungi. In the meantime, I have had her socialize with Faraday, and the two seem to be getting along well. I look forward to seeing the development of the tochukaso on her back as she grows. January 19, 2019 - While training with Amanita, we encountered another flock of Murkrow. She immediately froze in place and refused to engage with them, despite my encouragement. I believe she seems to suffer from some sort of trauma or anxiety associated with bird-like Pokémon, perhaps after multiple negative experiences. I will have to ask Venkman his opinion on the situation, but for now, I have avoided pushing her into situations involving bird-like Pokémon. February 9, 2019 - Amanita has evolved, and her behavior seems to have altered...drastically. The fungal parasite on her back seems to have taken a complete hold of her neural and physical functions, almost like a Class III possessor. Her movements are far more mechanical and stilted, almost like a form of undead, though she still seems to react to certain stimuli, such as shying away from certain bird-like Pokémon or seemingly favoring her preferred food. It may be that the mushroom interprets the memories from the host and responds in kind to threats that the host has previously identified. She does not seem uncomfortable with this change, though I will attempt to continue to research her condition.

January 2, 2019 - I have recently discovered the existence of a Pokémon called "Lapras". Its appearance is similar to a plesiosaur with a shell on its back, almost like the famed Loch Ness Monster. Apparently, people have trained Lapras to ride them across large bodies of water. As I am interested in the development of such a creature, I have asked Botan for a Lapras egg and will be carefully monitoring its growth. January 21, 2019 - I was unfortunately arrested on the day that the egg was due to hatch, but I have requested Ray to record any and all information on its hatching. When I returned from the police station, Peter and Ray had somehow been victims of complete neural transferal. Apparently, while I was away, Ray had named the Lapras "Denver" for some inane reason. Once I was able to recover from the initial shock and sit down with Ray's notes, it became clear that the Lapras emerged from the egg fully mature--which means that it was eight feet tall upon being born, which would be physically impossible with the egg being a foot tall. This provides yet more evidence that these Pokémon are not entirely organic beings that we are accustomed to seeing in my dimension--rather, containers of some sort of energy that allows them to spontaneously transform based on various circumstances. I will have to study this creature more closely, preferably in an aquatic environment.
January 13, 2019 - Following the Aurora League festival, Ray and I spent some time exploring the area before stumbling across two Drifloons. One of them grabbed Ray by the hand and attempted to carry him off. As I looked up the information in the PokéDex, it is stated that this creature attempts to carry off children for...what purpose? Enjoyment? A higher calling? A need to keep creating new Drifloons? Either way, Ray did not appear to be amused by this description. We managed to eventually get him down and capture both spirits. For some reason, these two creatures seem especially close--perhaps pointing towards some sort of familial relationship between the two. January 15, 2019 - Ray and I have named the two Lisa and Louise, after the child actors who played the twins in The Shining. When we allowed Lisa and Louise to interact with Faraday, they attempted to drag her out of the room. Although this confirms my suspicions of Faraday having the soul of a human child, I don't believe it is a good idea to have either of them in the same room as her. February 26, 2019 - After Louise evolved, he seemed to lose interest in kidnapping Faraday, so I found it appropriate for them to perform together in the Contest Spectacular. In fact, Louise and Faraday ended up winning second place overall. I am very proud of both of them, though this seems to have only further developed Louise's ego. After playing the villain in the act, he seems to take further delight in tormenting other people and Pokémon...and laughing evilly as he does so. Perhaps it's time for an intervention?
February 14, 2019 - Valentine's Day is here. For the past few days, I have been greatly apprehensive, as in my home dimension, it is not a holiday I enjoy or partake in--at least, not in a traditional sense. Thus, I was...somewhat worried on whether my efforts would be seen as successful or not. Upon waking up, Venkman gifted both Ray and I different Pokémon, with Ray receiving a Cubone and I this Porygon. It is an absolutely stunning creation and I greatly look forward to studying it further in depth. Its construction seems to mimic a computer-generated 3D graphic, and it acts as an artificial simulated creature would. Despite the differing dimensions, today I feel nothing but unending adoration and appreciation for both Ray and Peter. March 29, 2019 - While researching the evolutionary methods of Pokémon on the public network, I came across a forum describing how Porygon are evolved through "upgrades", or by improving upon their pre-existing code with a physical disc. Essentially, implementing a "patch" to modernize them and have them exist in a manner that is more suited for daily life. I have been carrying around an upgrade disc ever since I left Goldenrod, but I have never found the time to actually test it. Today, I have decided to install the disc's contents onto Q*Bert, and to my delight, they became much sleeker in design and their AI system was overall more responsive, as it had been optimized. They still have trouble recognizing the limits of which they can continue to ambulate, and frequently get "stuck" in corners and while passing over small objects. December 20, 2019 - To commemorate Q*bert reaching the maximum level, I decided to reward them by downloading additional software that would add more functionality. However, it seems that this software is somewhat...buggy. They have been acting erratically ever since the new software was patched in, and I hope to be able to amend this soon.

February 14, 2019 -While wandering the sewers on Valentine's Day, we stumbled across a Dwebble lurking in the water. We attempted to obtain samples from it before it bit Ray on the hand. Venkman noted that the Dwebble seemed particularly far from the beach, when the creature revealed that it was carrying a gift for a romantic partner. We carefully followed the Dwebble deeper into the sewers and found a Trubbish, and the two united with great affection towards each other. We asked if they would like to join us on our journey, and they agreed. Ray took custody of the Trubbish, and I became responsible for the Dwebble. He seems to have a relatively quiet demeanor and frequently tucks himself into his shell whenever anything might be threatening. That doesn't seem to have stopped him from biting Ray, though. I look forward to studying this creature and his relationship on a closer level.

February 18, 2019 - I've obtained a Morelull egg from Dr. Stanford Pines in an attempt to further study the fungus-like creatures that inhabit this realm. I have read descriptions of its bioluminescent properties, and hope to be able to understand the biological functions of this creature and how a non-animal can achieve sapience without the help of a host as seen in the Paras evolutionary line. February 22, 2019 - The Morelull hatched today. Though it is difficult not to become excited at this new life available for study, its arrival has been somewhat dampened by the fact that Ray Stantz has fallen into a non-responsive unconscious state. My hours have been consumed with attempting to gather as much data as I can on his state and how to somehow reverse the process. Nevertheless, I will attempt to continue to take notes on this creature's behavior. I named him Lucifer, after the chemicals responsible for bioluminescence, luciferin and luciferase. Venkman seems to be slightly put off by his presence, for whatever reason. April 7th, 2019 - Venkman has repeatedly expressed the opinion that I should do something about "that creepy mushroom". Apparently, Lucifer is in the habit of standing awake at night and watching him sleep, occasionally reaching out and touching his face with his tendrils. I believe it may be learned behavior from watching me work while they are asleep. After Lucifer evolved, I was disturbed in the middle of the night by an ear-splitting scream. When I went to investigate, I discovered Lucifer attempting to drain Venkman of his energy, apparently thinking that he was asleep. Although I wanted to observe this process for myself, Peter was extremely insistent on returning Lucifer to his containment unit, so I reluctantly obliged. Peter seemed particularly annoyed for hours afterwards.
February 18, 2019 - Another one of the eggs I requested from Dr. Stanford Pines. My curiosity was piqued when I saw its appearance in the Pokédex--especially that of its evolved form. These Pokémon are truly fascinating organisms. February 23, 2019 - Hatchday. The Snorunt appears to have...quite a laidback attitude towards most things. The first thing she decided to do was climb up onto the counter to take a candy bar, and ended up falling to the ground. However, she got right back up and wandered away, seemingly unperturbed. I decided to name her after Ole Rømer, who invented the modern thermometer. December 25, 2019 - it turned into a giant head with teeth???? wtf
February 26, 2019 - Apparently Faraday and Louise won second place at the Contest Spectacular. I am extraordinarily proud of their performance and have elected to chose two prizes. First, a reusable TM, Toxic, which I believe is a move most Pokémon can learn. Second, a shiny Pokémon of my choice--in this case, a Dratini. I am intrigued by this phenomenon and I would like to study it firsthand through breeding, and I am interested in investigating a category of Pokémon some like to call "pseudo-legendary". I received the Dratini today, and it immediately wrapped itself around my leg and refused to let go. It is smaller than I would have expected a "pseudo-legendary" Pokémon to be--only about a foot long--but, then again, it is only a baby. Still, I would have expected it to be its fully grown size, given that Denver hatched as a fully developed organism. February 28, 2019 - I keep finding sloughs of shed skin scattered throughout the hotel room. I am somewhat concerned by Lambton's growth rate--is this normal for a Dratini his size? Additionally, he keeps trying to wrap himself around my limbs and neck. Ray suggested that he may be trying to be affectionate, though I do not understand why. March 5, 2019 - It's only been a week, and Lambton is already a foot longer than he was when he came into my possession. I believe I understand the discrepancy between the PokéDex's statistics and Lambton's actual length. If this growth rate continues, I believe he will reach full size in approximately a month. In the mean time, I am having difficulty keeping the room clean of shed skin--he seems to shed at least once a day. Venkman is starting to grow frustrated by the fact I insist on keeping every skin. March 18, 2019 - Lambton is now roughly four feet in length, and his growth seems to have slowed slightly. He seems to be shedding less often than in the previous weeks. At first, I thought this to be some sort of sign of illness, but he seems to be content and happy. His incessant need for physical affection is unfortunately growing on me, though I still dislike that he asks for it by wrapping his whole body around my limbs. This is already proving to be difficult to maneuver, due to his large size. Let's hope he grows out of it when he evolves. April 13, 2019 - Lambton evolved today. He's well over thirteen feet long, now. Much to my chagrin, he has not grown out of his "wrapping" behavior. One can only imagine what unfortunate incidents may arise due to this. May 27, 2019 - The good news is that, upon evolving, Lambton no longer poses a strangulation risk to my partners or I. We can also more comfortably sit on his back when we fly, if need be. The bad news is that he now uses his arms for hugging all of us quite tightly to the point I worry my ribs are fractured. November 1st, 2019 - Lambton has finally reached the maximum level. His strength is unparalleled out of the Pokémon I am currently training, and I finally grasp the extent of his classification as "pseudo-legendary". Even so, he still seems to prefer physical affection and lounging around as opposed to fighting others....

March 1, 2019 - While exploring the Goldenrod beach for further specimens for study, I accidentally trod on something soft and ended up being knocked over by a powerful punch. After recovering my glasses that had been knocked from my head, I found that the culprit was a creature that looked very similar to what my dimension would colloquially call "sea cucumbers". Intrigued, I decided to capture the creature and keep it for further study. I have decided to name it Cucumis Sativus, or just Sativus.

March 19, 2019 - While exploring the Ruins of Alph with Peter, Ray, and Gaige, I came across an unusual PKE reading and decided to investigate. Evidently, I did not pay attention to where I was walking and fell right into a very large sand pit. When I reached the bottom of the sand pit, a large, insectoid Pokémon was lying in wait and immediately attempted to consume my arm. The pain was indescribable--however, after a few moments, it let go, apparently dissatisfied with the taste. It then began to headbutt me violently, as if trying to push me out of its nest. Quite curiously, the sand pit trap and the creature's powerful jaws are reminiscent of an antlion's preferred method of trapping prey. When I emerged from the sand pit again, Venkman chastised me for not paying attention and Ray insisted to tend to my arm. I decided to capture the creature for further study, naming her Riley after entomologist Charles Valentine Riley. April 21, 2019 - It seems that Riley is incredibly brave to a fault. While we were trying to investigate the threat regarding Lugia, Riley noticed that we were in danger, and dove into the water. However, given she was Ground type, she struggled to stay afloat. Nevertheless, she persisted and bit Denver's fin to try and redirect him towards shore. From this show of bravery, she managed to evolve into a Vibrava and flew out of the water to safety. I am incredibly proud of her performance today.

March 25, 2019 - While escorting an injured Ray back to Violet City from the Ruins of Alph, I realized that my bag was being weighed down by something that was shuffling and moving about. Puzzled, I looked inside to discover a green...monkey? It was nibbling on a stick and crying quietly. I believe that the Pokémon is one of the new arrivals to this dimension, as spoken about in EV news. Ray encouraged me to take it under my care. Despite my reluctance towards caring for mammals, it seems I do not have a choice in the matter--the monkey keeps trying to climb into my bag and begins to cry again if I remove him. November 28th, 2019 - It seems that with the Ultra-Beasts having been dealt with, Darwin seems to be showing more signs of wanting to socialize with other Pokémon and being more willing to engage with humans. I hope this means that he will be able to engage in scientific pursuits in the future. March 7th, 2020 - As I have been training Darwin more regularly and including him in battle practice, his personality seems to have emerged. Once timid and terrified, he's now demonstrated himself to be...quite the prankster. It does not help that Kölliker has been teaching him anarchist phrases and rhetoric, which seems to have fired him up quite a bit.

OT: Egon Spengler Egg obtained from Peter Venkman Hatched in Violet City (level 1) Level: 70 Type: Ghost / Fairy Egg Group: Amorphous / 21 Cycles
Moveset:Astonish, Copycat, Scratch, Splash, Wood Hammer, Shadow Sneak, Feint Attack, Curse, Toxic*, Double Team, Attract*, Baby-Doll Eyes, Mimic, Charm, Slash, Shadow Claw, Hone Claws, Play Rough, Pain Split, Trick Room* Held Item: n/a Ability: Disguise Nature & Characteristic: Quiet / Alert to sounds Notable Features: Cloth more ragged at edges
April 7, 2019 - Peter recently bred Kirby, his Mimikyu...somehow. We aren't sure who the father is (or if there is even a father), but I was interested in obtaining one of these Mimikyu for my own research purposes. Kirby was extremely wary and hissed menacingly when I tried to approach her. It took quite a lot of convincing from Venkman to even let me near the eggs in the first place, and even then, she made a rather threatening gesture towards me as I took it. April 14, 2019 - The Mimiyku hatched today, and I could not be more thrilled. He seems rather timid, for some reason--he certainly hasn't made as many vocalizations as his mother. Upon being approached by Faraday, he skittered behind my leg and hissed quietly. For some reason, he doesn't seem very inclined to interact with other Pokémon, deciding instead to interact with either me or other human beings--the one exception being his mother, of course. I've decided to name the creature Michael, after the horror movie villain Michael Myers. July 28, 2019 - It's taken some time to get to this point, but Michael seems to be finally calming down and becoming more accustomed to interacting with other Pokémon. Faraday seems to be the most gentle with him, and they appear to have become fast friends. More often than not, Michael can be found resting on one of her branches and hiding in her leaves. At least he's socializing with Pokémon other than his mother.
Delphi | Golduck ♀ It is said that the red part of its forehead grants supernatural powers to those who possess one, so it was over-hunted in the past.
OT: Egon Spengler Met in Cherrygrove City (level 7) Level: 55 Type: Water Egg Group: Water 1 & Field / 21 Cycles
Moveset: Water Sport, Scratch, Tail Whip, Water Gun, Confusion, Toxic*, Attract*, Fury Swipes, Water Pulse, Disable, Brine*, Screech, Double Team*, Rock Smash*, Psybeam, Screech, Surf, Amnesia Held Item: n/a Ability: Cloud Nine Nature & Characteristic: Mild / Often lost in thought Notable Features: Breed standard
April 11, 2019 - On our way out of Cherrygrove City after helping Dandy obtain a Mantine, my PKE meter started to indicate there was an extremely strong surge of energy nearby. We decided to investigate the source and found this duck-like creature at the epicenter of it all. Apparently, when this Psyduck suffers from headaches, it channels incredibly powerful psychokinetic energy that takes the form of its attacks. Intrigued and somewhat rattled by all the psychic interference, I decided to capture it for further study. February 21, 2020 - evolution time
Doc Holliday | Clawitzer ♀ It compresses the water it has sucked up and then projects it with enough power to punch a hole right through a thick sheet of iron.
OT: Egon Spengler Met in Olivine City (level 23) Level: 67 Type: Water Egg Group: Water 1 & Water 3 / 16 cycles
Moveset: Splash, Water Gun, Water Sport, Vice Grip, Bubble, Flail, Bubble Beam, Toxic*, Attract*, Swords Dance, Crabhammer, Water Pulse, Aura Sphere, Smack Down, Aqua TailT,Aqua Jet, Double Team*, U-Turn*, Muddy Water, Dragon PulseT Held Item: n/a Ability: Mega Launcher Nature & Characteristic: Hardy / Hates to lose Notable Features: Bent left antennae
April 22, 2019 - After departing the S.S. Aqua and exploring Olivine City, I was able to observe this creature battling with another wild Pokémon. To my delight, this creature seems to resemble a pistol shrimp, using its claw as a weapon to "shoot" other creatures by creating a cavitation bubble that generates extreme pressure and heat to stun its prey. I immediately captured it for my own studies and decided to name it Doc Holliday, as her sharpshooting skills are quite precise. Venkman seems to be quite pleased with the name.
★ Sir Vincent Wigglesworth | Scolipede ♂ With quick movements, it chases down its foes, attacking relentlessly with its horns until it prevails.
OT: Egon Spengler Hatched in Olivine City (level 1) Level: 100 Type: Bug / Poison Egg Group: Bug / 16 cycles
Moveset: Defense Curl, Rollout, Toxic*, Attract*, Poison Sting, Screech, Pursuit, Protect, Gyro Ball*, Poison Tail, Bug Bite, Iron Defense, Venoshock, Baton Pass, Agility, Steamroller, Rock Climb, Double Edge, Double Team*, Aqua TailT, Megahorn, Strength*, Rock Smash*, Smart Strike* Held Item: n/a Ability: Poison Point Nature & Characteristic: Serious / Highly persistent Notable Features: Bigger than breed standard
April 24, 2019 - After the encounter regarding Articuno and Lugia at this year's prom, an organization of Legendary Pokémon seekers were looking for any information regarding the encounter. Intrigued, I decided to share my information and observations, as well as provided visual aids through photographs. The members were incredibly enthusiastic and far less academic than I anticipated, but they took my data and gave me an egg to hatch. I look forward to seeing what sort of creature emerges from this. April 28, 2019 - What luck--the creature hatched far more quickly than I anticipated. It appears to be a sort of millipede-like creature, or perhaps a pill bug of some sort. Doc Holliday has already taken a liking to him and has begun to ride on him like some sort of steed, and the insect takes its responsibilities quite seriously. Hopefully, when it is evolved, I can train it so that I may be able to ride it myself. I decided to name him after the respected entomologist Sir Vincent Brian Wigglesworth. April 29, 2019 - Venkman seems to find the name highly amusing. I can't imagine why. May 17, 2019 - Sir Vincent Wigglesworth finally evolved into a Scolipede, which means he can be ridden upon. However, it seems that he isn't entirely comfortable with supporting human beings on his carapace, which, though understandable, is highly inconvenience when he decides that he is done for the day and promptly kicks any passengers off. Doc Holliday seems to be the only one that he remotely tolerates for long periods of time. I suppose I'll just have to work on it. January 7, 2019 - After training hard for several months, Wigglesworth has reached the maximum level. I cannot tell whether he is pleased by this development or not--he simply glared at me and trotted off. It seems his demeanor has not improved in the slightest.
Karl Wilhelm Gottlieb Leopold Fuckel | Shuckle ♂ Shuckle quietly hides itself under rocks, keeping its body concealed inside its hard shell while eating berries it has stored away. The berries mix with its body fluids to become a juice.
OT: Egon Spengler Met in Cianwood City (level 27) Level: 100 Type: Bug / Rock Egg Group: Bug / 21 cycles
Moveset: Sticky Web, Withdraw, Constrict, Bide, Rollout, Encore, Wrap, Struggle Bug, Safeguard, Rest, Rock Throw, Gastro Acid, Toxic*, Attract*, Gyro Ball*, Power Trick, Shell Smash, Stealth RockT, Rock Slide, Bug Bite, Power Split, Guard Split, Stone Edge, Double Team*, SnoreT, Protect*, Strength*, Rock Smash*, Rock Polish*, Rock Tomb*,Smack Down* Held Item: Berry Juice Ability: Sturdy Nature & Characteristic: Careful / Capable of taking hits Notable Features: "Goopier" than normal Shuckle
May 19, 2019 - While at the beach at Cianwood, Venkman's bird happened to drop this creature upon my head. I believe it was an attempt to cause me harm as this bird seems to have formed a grudge against me, but the attempt could not have backfired more magnificently. I have long sought after a Shuckle for further study as its PokéDex entry suggests that it is closely related to slime molds. As it is fungal in nature, I decided to name it Karl Wilhelm Gottlieb Leopold Fuckel, but for some reason, the name prompted both Ray and Venkman into a fit of laughter. I still maintain the fact that Fuckel should be honored by a creature so brilliant as he was. The Shuckle does not seem to mind my experiments, though it does appear to be more cautious towards certain unfamiliar devices. September 15, 2019 - After a rigorous four months of training, Karl Wilhelm Gottleib Leopold Fuckel has finally reached the maximum level a Pokémon can attain. He doesn't seem to have shifted in personality in the slightest, but I, for one, am extremely proud of him. Perhaps now society shall understand the raw power of slime molds.
Victor Frankenstein | Sandygast ♀ It takes control of anyone who puts a hand in its mouth. And so it adds to the accumulation of its sand-mound body.
OT: Egon Spengler Met in Cianwood City (level 20) Level: 40 Type: Ghost / Ground Egg Group: Amorphous / 16 cycles
Moveset: Harden, Absorb, Astonish, Sand Attack, Sand Tomb, Mega Drain, Toxic*, Attract*, Double Team*, Bulldoze, Hypnosis, Iron Defense, Giga Drain Held Item: n/a Ability: Water Compaction Nature & Characteristic: Lonely / Good endurance Notable Features: A lot of other objects stuck to body
May 19, 2019 - This curious creature came under my care after an eventful day at the beach. Venkman's ill-tempered corvid, Kildarby, summoned a Class II Animated Roamer, which manifested itself into the sandcastle they built. Although it shows no ill will towards others, it seems to be quite naive and does not understand that certain actions it commits have consequences. I have thus named it Victor Frankenstein, as it is quite reminiscent of the protagonist's creation.
Diana | Gastrodon (East) ♀ When it's attacked, it gushes a purple liquid that's not poisonous but makes Gastrodon's meat bitter and inedible.
OT: Egon Spengler Met during Fourth Wall (level 24) Level: 30 Type: Water / Ground Egg Group: Water 1 & Amorphous / 21 cycles

May 25, 2019 - How strange. The last weekend was a blur and I only just realized that I had two new Pokémon in my storage box. They seem to resemble nudibranches, and despite their differences in coloration, appear to be the same species. This one is named Diana, after chromodoris dianae.
Triton | Gastrodon (West) ♂ Plankton, invisible to the naked eye, is its main food source. It comes onto the land periodically, but the reason for this is not known.
OT: Egon Spengler Met during Fourth Wall (level 24) Level: 30 Type: Water / Ground Egg Group: Water 1 & Amorphous / 21 cycles

May 25, 2019 - The second to a pair of slug-like creatures I discovered in the PC after that...strange weekend. This one seems to be a bit more feisty. I named him Triton, after the nudibranch tritoniopsis elegans.
Sriracha | Blaziken ♀ Blaziken has incredibly strong legs—it can easily clear a 30-story building in one leap. This Pokémon's blazing punches leave its foes scorched and blackened.
OT: Egon Spengler Egg obtained from Riku Hatched in Cianwood City (level 1) Level: 100 Type: Fire / Fighting Egg Group: Field / 21 cycles
Moveset: Scratch, Growl, Quick Attack, Counter, Endure, Feint, Reversal, Swords Dance*, Toxic*, Protect*, Double Team*, Snore*, Substitute*, Sleep Talk*, Rock Slide*, Attract*, Ember, Sand Attack, Peck, Double Kick,Flame Charge, Quick Attack, Flamethrower*, Bulk Up, Focus Energy, Blaze Kick, Strength*, Rock Smash*, Focus Punch*, Slash, Flare Blitz, Fire Punch, High Jump Kick, Brave Bird, Sky Uppercut Held Item: n/a Ability: Speed Boost (Hidden Ability) Nature & Characteristic: Impish / Likes to fight Notable Features: Fluffier than breed standard
June 7, 2019 - Riku was offering eggs, and I was intrigued and decided to purchase a few. I decided to obtain a Torchic egg, partially due to the fact that I will likely need different Pokémon types to support my team, as well as the fact that I would like to study Pokémon that resemble livestock more in depth. June 21, 2019 - Upon hatching, the Torchic immediately spat flames towards me and tried scratching my legs. I tried my best to calm her down, but she refused to be distracted from her goal of attacking me. She will not take food or positive reinforcement in any way. Ray jokingly called her Sriracha, but she seems to have taken to that name quickly. It seems almost insulting to name her after a food item. Let's hope that her temper cools once she evolves. July 22, 2019 - Her temper became worse after she evolved. Not to mention the fact that she can now slash at us with her claws, on top of delivering powerful kicks that leave me bruised and sore, if not worse, for the rest of the day. I need to slow her training before she inevitably becomes too large to handle. Venkman offered maybe allowing Bond to "train" her, and I am willing to accept this help. Perhaps she will listen to a more experienced Pokémon. August 25, 2019 - The training with Bond has finally shown some progress. She seems much calmer and less likely to attack me--or anyone else--without any given reason. On a different note, it seems that when she does have a reason, she will put all her energy into delivering a forceful kick to that particular person's spine. Otherwise, she spends most of the time simply watching and waiting. I'm not sure if this is an improvement or not, but at least she isn't outright attacking me anymore. Especially after she evolved. December 20, 2019 - She's finally reached the maximum level possible. I am just relieved that she seems to have reduced the amount of attacks she makes against me from twice a week to merely once every few weeks. Let us hope that her typing and advantageous speed prove to be an asset in future battles....
Hermann | Archeops ♂ Said to be an ancestor of bird Pokémon, the muscles it uses to flap its wings are still weak, so it needs a long runway in order to take off.
OT: Egon Spengler Egg obtained from Riku Hatched in Cianwood City (level 1) Level: 37 Type: Rock / Flying Egg Group: Flying & Water 3 / 31 cycles
Moveset: Quick Attack, Leer, Wing Attack, Bite, Scary Face, Roar*, Agility*, Toxic*, Protect*, Double Team*, Rock Slide*, Steel Wing, Dragon Pulse, Iron TailT, Dragon Breath, Aerial Ace*, Stone Edge*, Roost*, TailwindT, Rock Smash*, Aqua TailT, Earth PowerT, Attract*, Rock Throw,Pluck, Ancient Power, Quick Guard, Crunch, Fly*, Stealth RockT Held Item: n/a Ability: Defeatist Nature & Characteristic: Modest / Somewhat of a clown Notable Features: Smaller than breed standard
June 7, 2019 - One of the other eggs I obtained from Riku happens to be a fossil Pokémon, having been revived from a plume fossil. I continue to be impressed by the technology boasted by this world--perhaps studying one of these ancient Pokémon first-hand will help further my research regarding evolution? Archen are supposedly ancestors to bird Pokémon. June 25, 2019 - The egg hatched, and I decided to name him Hermann, after the paleontologist Hermann von Meyer. The creature appears to be...rather unfocused, at times. He would rather spend the time perched on high areas and staring into space. When asked to come down for food, he promptly fell off his perch in excitement and continued to scramble towards his plate, seemingly unaffected. At least he doesn't seem to be phased by his own behavior. August 26, 2019 - At last, Hermann has evolved and has thus gained the ability to fly. However, he frequently seems to forget about this and continues to fall off tall objects--luckily without being harmed. Perhaps some exercise to help strengthen his wing muscles might help, but given his previous track record, I'm not sure whether it would improve his abilities whatsoever.
July 20, 2019 - Today, I was contacted by a man named Connor. I suppose he must have heard of my interest in fungi-like Pokémon, and offered me his shiny Foongus, Willows, as he had been unable to care for it himself. I eagerly took him up on the offer and traded him one of Sir Wigglesworth's protege. I hope to closely observe this creature as it grows--it appears to use mimicry to attempt to draw its prey in. However, I would imagine the resemblance to a PokéBall wouldn't draw in many wild Pokémon...unless they were curious about the apparently strange man-made object. September 7, 2019 - Willows evolved today. She seems slightly more sluggish than before. For some reason, she seems unwilling to lure in other Pokémon using her patterns, which makes studying her somewhat difficult. I still enjoy her company, however.
Merian | Beedrill ♂ Beedrill is extremely territorial. No one should ever approach its nest— this is for their own safety. If angered, they will attack in a furious swarm.

August 25, 2019 - I have finally obtained a Weedle for myself. The creature didn't seem to be entirely pleased by its capture, but after given a few leaves plucked from the bush it was resting on, it seemed content. With any luck, I'll be able to observe the metamorphosis first-hand and compare the difference between my home dimension's metamorphic insects. I've named it Merian, after Maria Sibylla Merian. August 26, 2019 - I didn't realize that Beedrills evolved at such low levels. Nor did I realize that they were capable of evolving so quickly. I've also quickly realized that this Pokémon is not female as I originally suspected, but male. However, he doesn't seem to be entirely bothered by his namesake--not that I would expect him to be, as I would not expect such creatures to have a concept of gender. It will do for now.
Little Mac | Breloom ♂ Breloom closes in on its foe with light and sprightly footwork, then throws punches with its stretchy arms. This Pokémon's fighting technique puts boxers to shame.

Faraday | Trevenant
Faraday | Trevenant ♀
This Pokémon is said to devour anyone daring to ravage the forest.
To the creatures dwelling in the forest, it offers great kindness.
Met in New Bark Town (level 5)
Level: 100
Type: Ghost / Grass
Egg Group: Grass & Amorphous / 21 cycles
Held Item: n/a
Ability: Natural Cure
Nature & Characteristic: Impish / Somewhat stubborn
Notable Features: Broken left branch on head
Doppler | Crobat
Doppler | Crobat ♂
It feeds on the blood of living people and Pokémon. If it can't drink any blood
for even a short while, it becomes weak and unable to fly.
Met on Route 30 (level 6)
Level: 62
Type: Poison / Flying
Egg Group: Flying / 16 cycles
Held Item: n/a
Ability: Inner Focus
Nature & Characteristic: Adamant / Loves to eat
Notable Features: Has round "eyebrow" markings.
Kölliker | Reuniclus
Kölliker | Reuniclus ♀
They use psychic power to control their arms, which are made of a
special liquid. They can crush boulders psychically.
Egg obtained from Boone
Hatched on Route 31 (level 1)
Level: 100
Type: Psychic
Egg Group: Amorphous / 21 Cycles
Held Item: Twisted Spoon
Ability: Magic Guard
Nature & Characteristic: Quirky / Highly curious
Notable Features: Smaller than average
Amanita | Parasect
Amanita | Parasect ♀
It scatters toxic spores from its mushroom cap. Once harvested,
these spores can be steeped and boiled down to prepare herbal medicines.
Met in Violet City (level 9)
Level: 66
Type: Bug / Grass
Egg Group: Bug & Grass / 21 Cycles
Held Item: Tiny Mushroom
Ability: Effect Spore
Nature & Characteristic: Timid / Good perseverance
Notable Features: Missing middle right leg.
Denver | Lapras
Denver | Lapras ♂
Its high intelligence enables it to comprehend human speech.
When it's in a good mood, it sings in its beautiful voice.
Egg obtained from Botan
Hatched in Violet City (level 1)
Level: 60
Type: Water / Ice
Egg Group: Monster & Water 1 / 41 cycles
Held Item: n/a
Ability: Water Absorb
Nature & Characteristic: Sassy / Somewhat vain
Notable Features: Has more speckles than breed standard
Louise | Drifblim
Louise | Drifblim ♂
Even while under careful observation, large flocks of Drifblim
flying at dusk will inexplicably disappear from view.
Met in Ecruteak City (level 16)
Level: 65
Type: Ghost / Flying
Egg Group: Amorphous / 31 Cycles
Held Item: n/a
Ability: Aftermath
Nature & Characteristic: Naughty / Thoroughly cunning
Notable Features: Breed standard
Q*bert | Porygon-Z
Q*bert | Porygon-Z ∅
A faulty update was added to its programming. Its behavior is noticeably
strange, so the experiment may have been a failure.
Given by Peter Venkman (level 30)
Level: 100
Type: Normal
Egg Group: Mineral / 21 Cycles
Held Item: n/a
Ability: Download
Nature & Characteristic: Rash / Very finicky
Notable Features: Colors slightly faded

Lucifer | Shiinotic
Lucifer | Shiinotic ♂
It emits flickering spores that cause drowsiness. When its prey succumb
to sleep, this Pokémon feeds on them by sucking in their energy.
Egg obtained from Stanford Pines
Hatched in Goldenrod City (level 1)
Level: 35
Type: Grass / Fairy
Egg Group: Grass / 21 Cycles
Held Item: n/a
Ability: Effect Spore
Nature & Characteristic: Quirky / Sturdy body
Notable Features: Longer, thicker tendrils
Rømer | Glalie
Rømer | Glalie ♀
It freezes its prey and chews them whole. However, it prefers to
eat Pokémon like Vanillite that are already frozen.
Egg obtained from Stanford Pines
Hatched in Goldenrod City (level 1)
Level: 85
Type: Ice
Egg Group: Fairy & Mineral / 21 Cycles
Held Item: n/a
Ability: Ice Body
Nature & Characteristic: Jolly / Likes to relax
Notable Features: Blue ice "freckles" under eyes
February 23, 2019 - Hatchday. The Snorunt appears to have...quite a laidback attitude towards most things. The first thing she decided to do was climb up onto the counter to take a candy bar, and ended up falling to the ground. However, she got right back up and wandered away, seemingly unperturbed. I decided to name her after Ole Rømer, who invented the modern thermometer.
December 25, 2019 - it turned into a giant head with teeth???? wtf
Lambton | Dragonite
★ Lambton | Dragonite ♂
It flies over raging seas as if they were nothing. Observing this,
a ship's captain dubbed this Pokémon “the sea incarnate.”
Met in Celadon City (Contest Spectacular Prize) (level 1)
Level: 100
Type: Dragon / Flying
Egg Group: Water 1 & Dragon / 41 cycles
Held Item: n/a
Ability: Inner Focus
Nature & Characteristic: Docile / Likes to thrash about
Notable Features: Bigger antenna
Cucumis Sativus | Pyukumuku
Cucumis Sativus | Pyukumuku ♀
It lives in shallow seas, such as areas near a beach.
It can eject its internal organs, which it uses to engulf its prey or battle enemies.
Met in Goldenrod City (level 18)
Level: 35
Type: Water
Egg Group: Water 1 / 16 Cycles
Held Item: n/a
Ability: Innards Out
Nature & Characteristic: Bold / Strong willed
Notable Features: Extra pair of spikes
Riley | Flygon
Riley | Flygon ♀
The flapping of its wings sounds something like singing. Those lured
by the sound are enveloped in a sandstorm, becoming Flygon's prey.
Met in Ruins of Alph (level 19)
Level: 48
Type: Ground / Dragon
Egg Group: Bug / 21 Cycles
Held Item: n/a
Ability: Levitate
Nature & Characteristic: Brave / Proud of its power
Notable Features: Scar on bridge of nose
April 21, 2019 - It seems that Riley is incredibly brave to a fault. While we were trying to investigate the threat regarding Lugia, Riley noticed that we were in danger, and dove into the water. However, given she was Ground type, she struggled to stay afloat. Nevertheless, she persisted and bit Denver's fin to try and redirect him towards shore. From this show of bravery, she managed to evolve into a Vibrava and flew out of the water to safety. I am incredibly proud of her performance today.
Darwin | Grookey
Darwin | Grookey ♂
When it uses its special stick to strike up a beat, the sound waves produced
carry revitalizing energy to the plants and flowers in the area.
Met in Violet City (level 5)
Level: 10
Type: Grass
Egg Group: Field & Grass / 21 cycles
Held Item: n/a
Ability: Overgrow
Nature & Characteristic: Naughty / Somewhat of a clown
Notable Features: Has a tendency to have messy fur
Michael | Mimikyu
Michael | Mimikyu ♂
A lonely Pokémon, it conceals its terrifying appearance beneath an old
rag so it can get closer to people and other Pokémon.
Egg obtained from Peter Venkman
Hatched in Violet City (level 1)
Level: 70
Type: Ghost / Fairy
Egg Group: Amorphous / 21 Cycles
Held Item: n/a
Ability: Disguise
Nature & Characteristic: Quiet / Alert to sounds
Notable Features: Cloth more ragged at edges
Delphi | Golduck
Delphi | Golduck ♀
It is said that the red part of its forehead grants supernatural powers to those

enough power to punch a hole right through a thick sheet of iron.
Met in Olivine City (level 23)

Held Item: n/a
Ability: Mega Launcher

Sir Vincent Wigglesworth | Scolipede
★ Sir Vincent Wigglesworth | Scolipede ♂
With quick movements, it chases down its foes, attacking
relentlessly with its horns until it prevails.
Hatched in Olivine City (level 1)
Level: 100
Type: Bug / Poison
Egg Group: Bug / 16 cycles
Held Item: n/a
Ability: Poison Point
Nature & Characteristic: Serious / Highly persistent
Notable Features: Bigger than breed standard
Karl Wilhelm Gottlieb Leopold Fuckel | Shuckle
Karl Wilhelm Gottlieb Leopold Fuckel | Shuckle ♂
Shuckle quietly hides itself under rocks, keeping its body concealed inside its hard
shell while eating berries it has stored away. The berries mix with its body fluids
to become a juice.
Met in Cianwood City (level 27)
Level: 100
Type: Bug / Rock
Egg Group: Bug / 21 cycles
Held Item: Berry Juice
Ability: Sturdy
Nature & Characteristic: Careful / Capable of taking hits
Notable Features: "Goopier" than normal Shuckle
September 15, 2019 - After a rigorous four months of training, Karl Wilhelm Gottleib Leopold Fuckel has finally reached the maximum level a Pokémon can attain. He doesn't seem to have shifted in personality in the slightest, but I, for one, am extremely proud of him. Perhaps now society shall understand the raw power of slime molds.

Sriracha | Blaziken
Sriracha | Blaziken ♀
Blaziken has incredibly strong legs—it can easily clear a 30-story building in one leap.
This Pokémon's blazing punches leave its foes scorched and blackened.
Egg obtained from Riku
Hatched in Cianwood City (level 1)
Level: 100
Type: Fire / Fighting
Egg Group: Field / 21 cycles
Held Item: n/a
Ability: Speed Boost (Hidden Ability)
Nature & Characteristic: Impish / Likes to fight
Notable Features: Fluffier than breed standard
Hermann | Archeops
Hermann | Archeops ♂
Said to be an ancestor of bird Pokémon, the muscles it uses to flap its wings
are still weak, so it needs a long runway in order to take off.
Egg obtained from Riku
Hatched in Cianwood City (level 1)
Level: 37
Type: Rock / Flying
Egg Group: Flying & Water 3 / 31 cycles
Held Item: n/a
Ability: Defeatist
Nature & Characteristic: Modest / Somewhat of a clown
Notable Features: Smaller than breed standard
Willows | Amoonguss
★ Willows | Amoonguss ♀
It lures prey close by dancing and waving its arm caps,
which resemble Poké Balls, in a swaying motion.
Met at Sprout Tower (level 11)
Level: 45
Type: Grass / Poison
Egg Group: Grass / 21 cycles
Held Item: n/a
Ability: Effect Spore
Nature & Characteristic: Naive / Alert to sounds
Notable Features: n/a
September 7, 2019 - Willows evolved today. She seems slightly more sluggish than before. For some reason, she seems unwilling to lure in other Pokémon using her patterns, which makes studying her somewhat difficult. I still enjoy her company, however.
Merian | Beedrill
Merian | Beedrill ♂
Beedrill is extremely territorial. No one should ever approach its nest—
this is for their own safety. If angered, they will attack in a furious swarm.
Met in Viridian Forest (level 10)
Level: 50
Type: Bug / Poison
Egg Group: Bug / 16 cycles
Held Item: n/a
Ability: Swarm
Nature & Characteristic: Bold / Quick tempered
Notable Features: Extra set of vestigial legs attached to abdomen
August 26, 2019 - I didn't realize that Beedrills evolved at such low levels. Nor did I realize that they were capable of evolving so quickly. I've also quickly realized that this Pokémon is not female as I originally suspected, but male. However, he doesn't seem to be entirely bothered by his namesake--not that I would expect him to be, as I would not expect such creatures to have a concept of gender. It will do for now.
Little Mac | Breloom
Little Mac | Breloom ♂
Breloom closes in on its foe with light and sprightly footwork, then throws punches with
