[When Egon turns on the video chat, he gets a picture of the pasture again. It's an awkward angle, but he can see Ray sitting on the ground, laughing as the Skiddo licks his face.]

[Oh, that's Egon's voice. Ray picks up the Pokegear and waves.]

I'm afraid he still has me, Spengs.

[Egon still doesn't allow himself to relax as he frowns at the goat-like creature. You can't trust mammals!]

Are you sure the creature's saliva hasn't affected you? Some of these creatures have poison secretions in their bodily fluids.

[Because why else would Ray send those messages if he were not in danger?]

[The Skiddo looks up at the Pokegear and bleats curiously at Egon. Strange man in the magic box??? Who is this??]

I'm pretty sure these guys don't have poison in them. All the Pokedex entires I've read on these little guys are how they coexist with humans and can live off of sunlight and water.

[Egon straightens up a bit, relaxing at the confirmation that Ray is, in fact, not in danger.]

Ah. That's good to know. So these...goat-like creatures thrive on photosynthesis instead of consuming plants? Or are the goats in a symbiotic relationship with the plants that grow on their--

Have you heard of the farm between Ecruteak and Olivine? I might have decided to go there while you guys were out.

They specialize in milk and dairy products actually-!

[Ray perks up at first at Farm talk before the second part comes in.]

Come on, I was stir crazy enough laying in bed all day when you guys were with me! You couldn't expect me to lay in bed all day when you two are running off to have fun adventures without me!

Besides I was careful, I rode on Speed Racer so I technically didn't stay on my leg.

[Egon is satisfied with this. Of course, Venkman might protest once Egon tells him about it. He leans towards the camera a little bit.]

[Actually, they can, they're just going to be disoriented as hell after warping, like, three times.]

But I am intrigued by the farm and how it differs from the rural establishments in my dimension. What else have you observed?

Beyond using Pokemon instead of animals? I can't say there's much of a different! However, it seems like a really old fashion farm here. They still all hand milk their cows!
